Eleven Days to Go…

I have never been a blogger but thanks to my darling older sister I have decided to open up about my fears to absolute strangers…like they would really give a damn anyway…

Well I am officially going to be student again, in a college full of “teeny-boppers” living on campus. Let me start off by saying I have nothing against freshmen and softmores, I mean can you really blame the kids who finally get to stay up late, drink and have sex without parental supervision, siblings or a conscience? To finally be able to throw caution to the wind and experience every non-educational fantasy possible?

It’s those seniors I really can't stand! Ugh! acting like the cat that found a bowl of fresh crème. What is it with 24-26 year old college students (like me) past our prime acting like we are fourteen. I fear that I shall be sucked into the valve of ignorance and join up with these fools at some point. I hope to God I get my solo suite this year because honestly, spending my days with a bunch of half drunk fraternity and sorority idiots talking about their best lay, nails and what dress Cosmo recommends for the season isn’t really what I am paying over $11,000 for. Besides 21 Credits is NO JOKE!

Not that I am such a serious person but then again maybe I have progressed to this stage of maturity. I feel fifty in a twenty-something body…hoping to have an intellectual conversation with the future generation of this "great country"

Maybe it's all just wishful thinking...I hope there are normal people like me in other schools even if I must suffer one more year of torment.
