And They Drank

Now I love a bit of alcohol now and then. In fact what better way to chill with friends than over a bottle of wine talking about good times. But I don't drink myself into a stupor

So is the case of a dear party I went to this weekend.
Brace yourself it is a bit graphic and I am a bit blunt considering I am in a foul mood today (don't ask)

Baby has these friends in Boston that he visits like once every few months. They throw these parties and he goes and has his thing. I have been sick with the flu (Thank you Christine and Menty for passing your germs to me) and so I was feeling low this week. He decides he is going to go to this party. I was upset. I am sick and you are leaving me in this lowsy apartment and going to a party.

To cut the long story short, I ended up in a car driving two and half hours to Boston. On arrival, we are quickly ushered onto a boat because it is a "booze cruise". So I am thinking there will be free drinks and lots of good music.

NOT!

Not only were the drinks really expensive but they also cost an arm and a leg. And for what a lousy selection of gin and tonic or bear. Oh and did I mention that the gin and tonic was 99 percent gin and one percent seltzer with a lemon in it. What the fuck is the lemon supposed to do? Help my digestion of pure alcohol. Needless to say I drank the sprite I smuggled onto the boat.

I have no problem being on a boat with a lot of people. But can we get some diversity up in here. Baby and I were the only black people on the boat. At first this wasn't a problem but people literally treated us like we were poison. Even his "friends" were off in a corner dancing while we were left to our own vices. I feel that these "friends" did this because I was with him and well they (girls) have huge crushes on him and since the girlfriend was around they proceeded to try to make him jelous. Course he was busy bumping and grinding with me on the dance floor to pay them any mind.

So , the cruise ends and all I am is wide awake from the sprite, everyone else is stammering off the boat drunk out of thier minds. I mean people couldn't walk straight and some were carried off. Then there was this little bar across the way where after party II was to be held. Hoping this would be better, we head over there with the group of about twelve for a party.

Okay this bar also sucked. The drinks were poorly made. I had a long island ice tea. Now the drink was had only 2 drops of ice tea in it for color and a lemon but the rest was purely alcohol. Needless to say the already drunk people became even more drunk.

It is funny that people allow themselves to drink like this. Is it just me or isn't that a lot of alcohol. I mean I drink, and I have been tipsy but drinking to the point of passing out, throwing up or not being coherant is a bit to much?

What do you thing? Tell me your worse drinking story

Oh yeah!

And he threw up on my rug and in the kitchen and then proceeded to sing Boys to Men "on bended knees" for me and he passed out
And his friends had to drag his big ass through the vomit into the car.

Footballer my ass! He didn't even make the College Park team.
